*துஷ்ட நிக்ரஹம்*  -  *சிஷ்ட பரிபாலனம்*  :  துஷ்ட நிக்ரஹம் என்பது ஒவ்வொரு காலத்திலும், நல்லவர்களுக்கு,  சூழலுக்கு கேடு விளைவிப்பவர்களை அழிப்பது... சிஷ்ட பரிபாலனம் என்பது தர்ம நெறியோடு வாழ்பவர்களை ஊக்குவித்து நலம் சூழ வைப்பது.... இவை இரண்டையும் எம்பெருமான் ஸ்ரீமன் நாராயணன் மட்டுமே செய்யவல்லன். 

Scientists estimate that about 80 percent of an individual’s height is determined by the DNA sequence variants they have inherited, but which genes these variants are in and what they do to affect height are only partially understood. Some rare gene mutations have dramatic effects on height - for example, variants in the FGFR3 gene cause achondroplasia, a rare condition.

Achondroplasia is a form of short-limbed dwarfism. The word achondroplasia literally means "without cartilage formation." Cartilage is a tough but flexible tissue that makes up much of the skeleton during early development. However, in achondroplasia the problem is not in forming cartilage but in converting it to bone (a process called ossification), particularly in the long bones of the arms and legs.  People with dwarfism have short stature. This means that their height is under 4' 10" as an adult. They are usually of normal intelligence. Dwarfism most often does happen in families where both parents are of average height. More than 300 different conditions can cause dwarfism. Achondroplasia is the most common type of dwarfism. Achondroplasia is a genetic condition that affects about 1 in 15,000 to 1 in 40,000 people. It makes one’s arms and legs short in comparison to your head and trunk.  

The early humans hunted in African savannahs, which caused them to become tall and slender after leaving forest-like habitats.  Researchers were surprised by the findings of the study, which looked at hundreds of fossils spanning four million years. They found that the stature and bulk of our ancient ancestors did not change consistently over the course of history. Around 1.5 million years ago, human-like hominins grew 10cm taller without gaining any extra weight. "Men living during the early Middle Ages (the ninth to 11th centuries) were several centimeters taller than men who lived hundreds of years later, on the eve of the Industrial Revolution," said a professor of economics at Ohio State University and the author of a new study that looks at changes in average heights during the last millennium. "Height is an indicator of overall health and economic well-being, and learning that people were so well-off 1,000 to 1,200 years ago was surprising," he said.

பாரதப்போர்தனிலே பார்த்தனுக்கு சாரதியாக குருக்ஷேத்திரத்திலே எம்பெருமான் கண்ணன் உரைத்த பகவத் கீதையில்  : "பரித்ராணாய ஸாதூநாம் விநாசாய ச துஷ்க்ருதாம், தர்மஸம்ஸ்தாப நார்த்தாய ஸம்பவாமி யுகேயுகே."  என்று உரைத்தது -  தம்மிடம் அன்பு கொண்ட  சிஷ்டர்களை ரக்ஷிப்பதற்கும் துஷ்டர்களை சிக்ஷிப்பதற்கும் அறநெறியை நிலை நாட்டுவதற்கும் அடிக்கடி அவதாரங்கள் செய்து போருவேன் என்றருளிச்செய்தது.  வேண்டித்தேவர் இரக்க வந்து பிறந்து - என  தேவர்கள் பிரார்த்திப்பவர்களாதலால் துஷ்டர்களை சிக்ஷிப்பதற்காக வந்து பிறந்தமை. 

ஸ்ரீமந் நாராயணனே ஸர்வஸமாகரயணீயன் -அவ்வெம்பெருமான்  ஜகத்ரக்ஷணம் பண்ணுகிறபடி ஒரு காலத்திலே   குள்ள வடிவைக் கொண்டான் - உடனே த்ரிவிக்ரமாவதாரத்தில் தன்னடிக் கீழ்ப்பட்ட உலகங்களையே , மற்றொரு கால் பிரளயங் கொள்ளாதபடி  உட்கொண்டான்.   அவ்வெம்பெருமானே பிறிதோர் சமயத்திலே இரணியனின் மார்வத்தை தனது உகிரால் நரசிங்கமாய் பிளந்து பக்தனை காத்து அருளினானன்றோ !  

இதையே பூதத்தாழ்வார்  தமது இரண்டாம் திருவந்தாதி 18ம் பாசுரத்தில் :

கொண்டதுலகம் குறளுருவாய்க் கோளரியாய்,

ஒண்டிறலோன் மார்வத் துகிர்வைத்தது - உண்டதுவும்

தான்கடந்த ஏழுலகே தாமரைக்கண் மாலொருநாள்,

வான்கடந்தான் செய்த வழக்கு.  ~ என்றருளிச் செய்தார்.  

குறள் உருவாய் - வாமநரூபியாய் மாவலியிடஞ் சென்று யாசித்து  பூமி முதலிய லோகங்களை தனதாக்கிக்  கொண்டதும்,  மிடுக்கையுடைய நரசிங்கமாகி  மஹா பலசாலியான இரணியனுடைய மார்பிலே தனது நகங்களையழுத்திக் கீண்டொழித்ததும்  ஒருகாலத்திலே தான் அளந்து கொண்ட  எல்லாவுலகங்களையும்  பிரளயங் கொள்ளாதபடி  திருவயிற்றிலே வைத்துக் கொண்டதும்  ஆகிய இச்செயல்கள் அனைத்தும் ஆகாசத்தையளவிட்டாலும் அளவிடவொண்ணாதபடியுள்ள பெருமையையுடையவனும் செந்தாமரைக் கண்ணனுமாகிய எம்பெருமான் ஸ்ரீமந்நாரணன்  செய்தருளின அற்புதமான செயல்களாம்.. .. ..
