Sri Varadharajar Brahmothsava purappadu - வல்வினையைக் கானும் மலையும் புகக்கடிவான்

 

ஒரு தடியால் விழும் அடியை விருப்பமாக வாங்கிகொள்வாரும் உண்டோ !! நிச்சயம் உண்டு ....  அது வல்வினை ஒழிக்குமேயாயின் !

Today 31.5.2021 is Thiruvonam ~ today is day 9 of Sri Varadhar Uthsavam too.

வல்வினை என்றால் என்ன .... அவை நீங்கி நன்மை பயக்க என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும் ? அவனடியை பற்றவேண்டும் !!  எம்பெருமான் ஸ்ரீமன் நாரணன் - “வல்வினையைக் காணும் மலையும் புகக் கடிவான்”  வல்வினை எனும் கொடிய  உருத்தெரியாத நிலையையும்  தனது அனுகிரஹத்தால் கண்காணாத இடமான காட்டுக்கு மலைப்பகுதிக்கு ஓட்ட வல்லன்.

                      தமிழ் வினையடிச் சொற்களை அவை ஏற்கும் கால இடைநிலைகளின் அடிப்படையில் மெல்வினை, இடைவினை, வல்வினை என மூன்று முக்கியப் பிரிவுகளாகப் பகுக்கப்படுகின்றன.

ப்ப் என்ற ஈரொற்றைப் பெறுவன வல்வினை. 

இது இலக்கணம்.  .. .. வல்வினை என்பதன் அர்த்தம் :  வலியதாகிய ஊழ் ; தீவினை ; கொடுஞ்செயல் ; வலியதாகிய தொழில். ஊழ் அல்லது கர்மா அல்லது வினைப்பயன்   உளவியல்  மற்றும் அண்டவியல் சார்ந்த முக்கியமான கோட்பாடுகளில் ஒன்று ஆகும். எளிமையாகச் சொன்னால், மனிதனின் நல்வினையும் தீவினையுமே சீவனின் (ஆன்மா)  மறுபிறவியைத் தீர்மானிக்கின்றது  என்பது  கொள்கை.  எம்பெருமான் ஸ்ரீமன் நாரணனை சரணடைந்தால் எல்லா கொடுவினைகளைகளும் நீங்கி நன்மையே பயக்கும்.   இதோ இங்கே ஸ்வாமி நம்மாழ்வாரின் பெரிய திருவந்தாதி பாசுரம் :

யானுமென் நெஞ்சும் இசைந்தொழிந்தோம், வல்வினையைக்

கானும் மலையும் புகக்கடிவான்,- தானோர்

இருளன்ன மாமேனி எம்மிறையார் தந்த,

அருளென்னும் தண்டால் அடித்து.

இருள்தானே ஒரு வடிவு கொண்டாற்போலிருக்கிற விலக்ஷணமான திருமேனியையுடைய எம்பெருமான் அளித்த கிருபை  (அருள் ) என்னும்   ஒரு தடியினாலே  வல்வினையாம் கொடிய பாவங்களை  நையப்புடைத்து, அவைதமை   காடுகளிலும் மலைகளிலும் சென்று புகும்படியாக புருரும்படியாக துரத்துவதற்கு யானும் என் நெஞ்சும்   இருவரும் இசைந்து நின்றோம் என்கிறார் மாறன் சடகோபன் தமது பக்தி பெருக்கீட்டினால். 

Greater Chennai Police have registered as many as 4,480 cases for violating the lockdown norms and seized 2,620 vehicles. The complete lockdown was enforced in the state from May 10 to 24 before being further extended till June 7. .. .. there are news that the numbers have started coming down ! – we hope that the World would be cured of the dreaded virus sooner.

The Spanish flu pandemic of 1918, the deadliest in history, infected an estimated 500 million people worldwide—about one-third of the planet’s population—and killed an estimated 20 million to 50 million victims, including some 675,000 Americans.   Scientific knowledge of viruses and vaccine development have advanced significantly since then, the uncertainty felt around the world today would have been familiar a century ago.  In order for a pandemic to end, the disease in question has to reach a point at which it is unable to successfully find enough hosts to catch it and then spread it.

In the case of the 1918 pandemic, the world at first believed that the spread had been stopped by the spring of 1919, but it spiked again in early 1920.  By the middle of 1920, that deadly strain of flu had in fact faded enough that the pandemic was over in many places, even though there was no dramatic or memorable declaration that the end had come.

The second wave of Covid-19 pandemic in India is likely to decline by July this year while the third wave is expected to hit the country in about six to eight months, India Today quoted projections by the three-member panel of scientists set up by the Department of Science and Technology under the Science Ministry of the Government of India.  Speaking on the third wave, Professor Manindra Agarwal from IIT Kanpur, told the news channel said that phase 3 of the pandemic will be localised and won’t affect many people due to immunity from vaccination.

So with the grace of Emperuman, Covid 19 too shall end and become a thing of the past. Let us pray our Emperuman for the welfare of us all and complete eradication of the pandemic sooner.
