Masi Magam 2021` ~ Sri Parthasarathi Perumal Garuda Sevai

  பக்தியோகம் ஒரு எளிய மார்க்கம்.  எம்பெருமானின் தாள் பணிந்து அவனை அடைவதே நம் லட்சியம்.  நற்கதி பெற என்ன செய்யவேண்டும் என்ற கேள்வி எழுகிறதா ?  

Today (27.2.2021) is a great day ~ Masi Magam – a day on which the Ocean (Bay of Bengal) becomes much happier – for Sri Parthasarathi Emperuman visits bay of Bengal at Marina beach.   .. ..  could not forget remembering the past – last year Masi magam purappadu for Sri Parthasarathi occurred on  [9.3.2020]; then there was Gajendra varadhar thavanothsavam, Sri Azhagiya Singar thavanothsavam (3 days)    15.3.2020   –   then Corona struck .. .. for months together there was to be no purappadu  !.

 

The vast expanse of Bay of Bengal  is the northeastern part of the Indian Ocean, bounded on the west and northwest by India on the north by Bangladesh, and on the east by Myanmar and the Andaman Islands of India and Myanmar and the Nicobar Islands of India. The Bay of Bengal occupies an area of 2,172,000 square kilometres (839,000 sq mi). A number of large rivers flow into the Bay of Bengal: the Ganges-Hooghly, the Padma, the Brahmaputra-Jamuna, the Barak-Surma-Meghna, the Irrawaddy, the Godavari, the Mahanadi, the Brahmani, the Baitarani, the Krishna and the Kaveri.  There are so many seaports – Chennai, Ennore,  Kattupalli, Chittagong, Colombo, Kolkata-Haldia, Mongla, Paradip, Port Blair, Tuticorin, Visakhapatnam and  a host of smaller ports including Kakinada.  

இன்று 27.2.2021 ஒருசீரியநாள் ~  'மாசிமகம்' .. .. இன்று காலை ஸ்ரீபார்த்தசாரதி பெருமாள் கருடவாகனத்தில் வங்கக்கடலுக்கு புறப்பாடு கண்டருளினார். மாலை சேஷ  வாகனத்தில் பெரிய மாடவீதி புறப்பாடு கண்டருளினார்.  மாசிமகம் என்பது மாசிமாத பௌர்ணமியுடன் கூடிவரும் மகநட்சத்திர நாளில் கொண்டாடப்படும் ஒரு சிறப்பான நாளாகும். அன்றைய தினம் கடலாடும்விழா என்று கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.  சில இடங்களில் பெருமாள் திருக்குளங்கள் போன்ற நீர்நிலைகளுக்கு எழுந்து அருள்வதும் உண்டு.  இந்நன்னாளில் எம்பெருமான் கூடச்சென்று தீர்த்தவாரி முடிந்தவுடன் - கடல், குளம், ஏரி போன்ற நீர்நிலைகளில் தீர்த்தமாடுவது சிறந்தது. 

ஆழ்வார்கள் பக்தியிலே திளைத்தவர்கள்; மயர்வறமதிநலம் அருளப் பெற்றவர்கள்.  இங்கே பொய்கையாழ்வாரின் அற்புத நல்லுரை – என்னே ஒரு எளிய நடை – எவ்வளவு சீரியகருத்து. 

நாவாயில் உண்டே*  'நமோநாரணா' என்று,*

ஓவாது உரைக்கும் உரை உண்டே,* - மூவாத-

மாக்கதிக்கண் செல்லும்*  வகை உண்டே,*  என் ஒருவர்-

தீக்கதிக்கண் செல்லும் திறம்? 

மிக எளிய உபாயம். மிக எளிமையாக  செய்யக்கூடியது. நம்மிடமே இருக்கும் அவயங்களை உபயோகிப்பது!  நாம் உண்பதற்கும், உணர்வதற்கும், உரைப்பதற்கும் உள்ளது நாக்கு.  நாம் சொல்லும் நாமம் – ஓம் நமோ நாராயணா எனும் திருவஷ்டாக்ஷரம்.  நாம் அறிந்த எளியவன் நாராயணனாகிய எம்பெருமான். இப்படி உயர்வான எம்பெருமானை ஏத்துகைக்கென்று ஏற்பட்ட நாவைக் கொண்டு  -அவனை மட்டுமே உயர்வாக உரைப்போம்.  மந்தமதிப்புவி மானிடர்கள்,  உபயோகமற்ற விஷயங்களைச் சொல்லுகைக்கு தங்கள் நாவை உபயோகித்து அநர்த்தப்படுகின்றார்களே! இஃது என்ன ஆச்சரியம்! என்று ஆழ்வார் வியக்கின்றார். உண்ணும் சோறு, பருகும் நீர், சொல்லும் சொல்,   எண்ணும் எண்ணம் - எல்லாம் நாராயணனே என்று ஓயாமல் துதிப்போம்.  களைப்பில்லாமல், வேறு ஸ்மரணை இல்லாமல் திரும்ப திரும்ப சொல்வோம்  ' ஓம்  நமோ நாராயணா' என்ற நாமம்.  அந்த திருமந்திரம் நம்மை திரும்பப் பிறவாமல்  வைகுண்டத்திற்கு இட்டுச் செல்லும். ~ பொய்கைப்பிரான்,   முதல்திருவந்தாதி. 

                         Poigai Azhwar is unable to comprehend the attitude of earth’s  residents.  All have a tongue and know the mantra ‘Om Namo Narayana’ – the purpose of living and simple way of doing yoga is chanting the name of Sriman Narayana with the blessed tongue / mouth – when recitation is the easiest path, some indulge in unnecessary prattle on useless things using one’s own mouth falling into the abyss of evil – why not they too realise and understand the easy path of attaining the heavenly Lord Sriman Narayanan.  

Being Masi Magam – Sri Parthasarathi had purappadu on  Garuda Sevai.  In the morning started around 05.30 am from Sri Nammalwar sannathi, brief halt at gangaikondan, via Nallathambi street, Barathi salai, kamarajar salai – visited marina beach.  There was Chakrathazhvaar theerthavari.  Thousands of people rejoiced the occasion and had holy bath in the ocean.
