Dhamodhara !! ~ தாமோ தவழ்வர் என்று .. .. ... தாமோதரா !!!!

 

எம்பெருமானுக்கு தாமோதரன் என்று ஒரு திருநாமம் - கண்ண பிறந்து பால்ய லீலைகளோடு சம்பந்தப்பட்டது. 

பகவானுக்கு திரு விலக்க்ஷணை: இடுப்பில் தாம்பு கயிறின் தழும்பு . இதுவே  “ஆச்ரித பாரதந்த்ரியம்” -உலகளந்த எம்பெருமானின் லீலா வினோதம் -  பகவான் அடியார்களுக்கு கட்டுப்பட்டவன்.  பெரிய யானைகளையும் அரக்கர்களையும் அழிக்க வல்ல எம்பெருமான் தாம்பு கயிற்றில் கட்டுண்டான். இதையே பெரியாழ்வார் தம் பெரியாழ்வார் திருமொழியில் - சப்பாணி பருவ பாசுரத்தில் : 

 

தாம் மோர் உருட்டித் * தயிர் நெய் விழுங்கிட்டு *

தாமோ தவழ்வர் என்று * ஆய்ச்சியர் தாம்பினால் **

தாம் மோதரக் கையால் * ஆர்க்கத் தழும்பு இருந்த *

தாமோதரா கொட்டாய் சப்பாணி * தாமரைக் கண்ணனே சப்பாணி

 

சப்பாணி பருவம் என்பது பிள்ளைத்தமிழ் இலக்கியங்களில் வரும்  பத்துப் பருவங்களில் ஒன்றாகும்,  ஒன்பதாவது மாதத்தில் குழந்தை உட்காரத் தொடங்கிய பிறகு மகிழ்ச்சியால் கை கொட்டுதல், கையாட்டுதல் போன்ற விளையாட்டுகள் அதனிடம் இயல்பாகத் தோன்றும். பெற்றோரும் மற்றோரும் கைதட்டிக் காட்டி குழந்தையை அழைப்பதோடு குழந்தையையும் கைத்தட்டும்படி வேண்டுவர்.  இது குழந்தை தன் கைகளைத் தட்டி "சப் சப்" என்று ஓசையுடன் விளையாடி மகிழும் நிலையைக் குறிக்கிறது. குழந்தை மகிழ்ச்சியோடு கைகளை கொட்டி விளையாடுவதையும், அதன் ஓசையைக் கேட்டு தானே மகிழ்வதையும் இப் பருவம் விவரிக்கிறது.

 

தவழ்ந்து விளையாடிய கண்ணனும், அவனை ஆர்க்கத் தழும்பு இருந்த கயிறும் - கண்ணன் கட்டுண்டபடி  -  மிக அழகான தஞ்சாவூர் பாணி  சித்திரம்

 

At Gokulam as Krishna grew up – he rolled away the pots, hit, damaged some, swallowed Curd, ghee and the milk as kept hanging.  Cowherd women wondered how a little crawling child had eaten up so much even as the Child pretended as if HE did nothing and ate nothing.  Yasodha and others tied the kid with a rope ornamented with rings .. .. the Lord capable of killing Asuras, horses and elephants nicely allowed Himself to be tied and those created marks on His waist  .. .. 

Periyalwar out of his unbounded affection, asks the little Krishna to clap hands, praising oh My Lord, your lotus eyes are so beautiful, please clap your hands !!
