வையகம் (அ) வையம் என்பது - உலகம்; மண்ணுலகம்(பெ) பூலோகம், மண்ணால் ஆகிய இவ்வுலகம்!! .. .. Before you read any futher about Earth, Universe, Galaxies – take a look at these two photos.
சிறு வயதில் வங்கக்கடல் அருகே அமர்ந்து அலைகளை ரசித்தபோது எழுந்த கேள்வி ? - இந்த கடல் எவ்வளவு நீண்டது ? கடலின் கீழே என்ன இருக்கும் ? - கப்பல் நடுக்கடலில் செல்வது போல தோன்றுகிறதே ! - அதன் மறுபுறம் எவ்வளவு தூரம் ? - ஏதாவது ஒரு இடத்தில் கடல் முடிந்து விடுமா ? - அதன் பின்னர் அதல பாதாளமா !! -இந்த பூவுலகம் என்பது என்ன ? - வானம் எவ்வளவு நீண்டது ? - வானகம், வையகம், அலைகடல் தவிர வேறு பல உள்ளனவா ?? எவை முதன்முதலில் தோன்றியன ? காலாக்ஸிகளா ? விண்மீன்களா ? அல்லது கருந்துளைகளா ? பிரபஞ்சம் ஆதியில் பல்லாயிரக் கணக்கான டிகிரி உஷ்ணமுள்ள வாயுக்களும், கருமைப் பிண்டமும் சீராகக் கலந்திருந்த கடலாக இருந்துள்ளது எனின் - எந்நாள் முதல் நாம் காணும் இந்த உருக்கொண்டது ? .
விஞ்ஞானத்தில் இவை எல்லாவற்றுக்கும் பதில் இல்லாமல் இருக்கலாம். இன்று இருக்கும் பதில்கள் நாளை மாறலாம். பிரபஞ்சத்தை அறிய அதன் முழுமையும் காண்டல் வேண்டும், அனால் ஓரெல்லையிலிருந்து அடுத்த எல்லை வரை பயணம் செய்து கண்டறிய முடியாது. ஏனெனில், நீங்கள் பயணம் செய்வதற்குள் இந்தப் பிரபஞ்சம் விரிந்திருக்கும். அதாவது பிரபஞ்சம் விரியும் வேகம், நாம் பயணம் செய்யும் வேகத்தை விட அதிகமானது. இந்தப் பிரபஞ்சத்தின் அடிப்படை சட்டம் என்னவென்றால் எல்லா வேகங்களையும் விட ஒளியின் வேகம்தான் முதன்மையானது. அப்படிப் பார்த்தால், ஒளியின் வேகத்துக்குக் குறைவான வேகத்தில் பிரபஞ்சத்தின் ஓரெல்லையிலிருந்து இன்னோர் எல்லைக்கு நீங்கள் பயணம் செய்யும்முன் பிரபஞ்சம் விரிந்திருக்கும். எனவே, எல்லையில்லா பிரபஞ்சம் என்பது மரபில் பல்லாயிரம் ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னரே சொல்லப்பட்ட ஒன்று.
In 2067, crop blights and dust storms threaten humanity's survival. .. .. that is the storyline of ‘Interstellar’ epic science fiction film co-written, directed and produced by Christopher Nolan, starring Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, and released in 2014. Set in a dystopian future where humanity is struggling to survive, the film follows a group of astronauts who travel through a wormhole near Saturn in search of a new home for mankind.
That happens elsewhere not on ground earth !!- We live on a planet called Earth that is part of our solar system. Our solar system itself is a a small part of the Milky Way Galaxy. A galaxy is a huge collection of gas, dust, and billions of stars and their solar systems. A galaxy is held together by gravity. Our galaxy, the Milky Way, also has a supermassive black hole in the middle.
In its most general sense, the term "world" refers to the totality of entities, to the whole of reality or to everything that is. Phenomenology, starting from the horizon of co-given objects present in the periphery of every experience, defines the world as the biggest horizon or the "horizon of all horizons". In philosophy of mind, the world is commonly contrasted with the mind as that which is represented by the mind. Theology conceptualizes World and galaxy as creation of God.
Earth, our home planet, is a world unlike any other. The third planet from the sun, Earth is the only place in the known universe confirmed to host life. With a radius of 3,959 miles, Earth is the fifth largest planet in our solar system, and it's the only one known for sure to have liquid water on its surface. Earth is also unique in terms of monikers. Every other solar system planet was named for a Greek or Roman deity, but for at least a thousand years, some cultures have described our world using the Germanic word “earth,” which means simply “the ground.” Earth orbits the sun once every 365.25 days. Since our calendar years have only 365 days, we add an extra leap day every four years to account for the difference. Though we can't feel it, Earth zooms through its orbit at an average velocity of 18.5 miles a second.
About 4.5 billion years ago, gravity coaxed Earth to form from the gaseous, dusty disk that surrounded our young sun. Over time, Earth's interior—which is made mostly of silicate rocks and metals—differentiated into four layers. Universe and world are two words that we sometimes use interchangeably. However, these two words cannot be used interchangeably on most occasions since they refer to two different things. World generally refers to the Earth, together with all people and countries. Universe refers to solar systems, planets, moons, stars, galaxies and the contents of intergalactic space, all matter and energy considered as a whole.
The universe is all of space and time[a] and their contents, including planets, stars, galaxies, and all other forms of matter and energy. The Big Bang theory is the prevailing cosmological description of the development of the universe. According to this theory, space and time emerged together 13.787±0.020 billion years ago, and the universe has been expanding ever since. While the spatial size of the entire universe is unknown, the cosmic inflation equation indicates that it must have a minimum diameter of 23 trillion light years, and it is possible to measure the size of the observable universe, which is approximately 93 billion light-years in diameter at the present day.
சென்ற இரண்டே ஆண்டுகளில் எவ்வளவோ மாறுதல்கள் ஏற்பட்டிருக்கின்றன. கொரோனா தீநுண்மி உலகை ஆட்டிப்படைக்க மனித இனம் பரிணாம மாற்றத்தை, ஆட்டத்தை கண்டுவிட்டது. எல்லைகள் மாறின, மனித குணங்களும் கூடவே ! விஞ்ஞான, பொருளாதார, அரசியல், சமூக விஷயங்கள் எல்லாவற்றிலும் பெரிய மாறுதல்கள் உண்டாகிவிட்டன. அதற்குமுன் ஆயிரம் வருஷங்களில் ஏற்பட்ட மாறுதல்களைவிட இந்த எதிர்நோக்காத கிருமி யுத்தம் - அதீத, புதிய மாறுதல்களை காணச்செய்தது. மனிதர்கள் எவ்வளவுக்கெவ்வளவு பகவானிடத்திலிருந்தும் தர்ம நூல்களினின்றும் விலகுகிறார்களோ அவ்வளவுக்கவ்வளவு துன்பங்களுக்கு உள்ளாகிறார்கள்.
அருமருந்து எளிமையானது ! நமக்கு அருகிலேயே எப்போதும் உள்ளது. இனி மருந்து என்ன? பக்தியும் சாந்தமுமே இவைகளுக்கெல்லாம் உற்ற மருந்து. எம்பெருமானிடத்திலே அடிமை செய்து, ஆசார்யர்கள் பாதையில் ஏகி, பாகவதர்களுக்கும் பிரமனுக்கும் கைங்கர்யம் செய்து அமைதி வாழ்க்கை வாழ்வதே சாலச் சிறந்தது.
முதலாவார் மூவரே எனும் பொய்கை ஆழ்வார், பூதத்தாழ்வார், பேயாழ்வார் மூவரின் படைப்புகளும் தான் இயற்பாவின் ஆரம்பம். திருக்கோவலூரிலே ஒரு இடைகழியிலே, ஒரு மழை நாளிலே, மூவரும் சந்தித்த போது - அவர்கள் அடைந்த ஆனந்த அனுபவமே இப்பாடல்கள். இவை அந்தாதிப்பாடல்கள் - முதல், இரண்டாம், மூன்றாம் திருவந்ததிகள். முதல் ஆழ்வாரான பொய்கையாழ்வாரின் முதல் பாடல்:

தகளியா வார்கடலே நெய்யாக,

இடராழி நீங்குகவே என்று ~
என்று கம்பீரமான மிகப் பெரிய விளக்கு ஒன்றை ஏற்றுகிறார் பொய்கையாழ்வார். உலகம்தான் அகல், கடல்தான் நெய், சூரியன்தான் ஒளிப்பிழம்பு, இம்மாதிரியான பிரம்மாண்டமான விளக்கை சக்கரம் ஏந்திய விஷ்ணுவின் பாதத்தில் ஏற்றி, சொற்களால் ஒரு மாலை அணிவித்தேன், என் துன்பக்கடல் எல்லாம் நீங்குக என்று. செஞ்சுடர்ச் சக்கரைக்கையனான எம்பெருமானது திருவடிகளில் வணங்கி முதல் திருவந்தாதி எனும் நூறு பாடல்கள் கொண்ட பூமாலையை சாற்றி, 'இடர் ஆழி நீங்குக' (மேம்போக்காக நம்மை பீடித்துள்ள கழ்டங்கள் எல்லாம் விலகுக !) என வேண்டுகிறார். பூதத்தார் அன்பை விளக்காக, ஆர்வமே நெய்யாக இன்புருகு சிந்தை இடுதிரியாக - உலகத்தில் அஜ்ஞாநம் என்ற இருள் விலக மெய் விளக்கை ஏற்றினார். தமிழ்த்தலைவனான பேயாழ்வார் இவ்விளக்குகளின் ஒளியில் எம்பெருமானைக் கண்டு 'திருக்கண்டேன்' என மூன்றாம் திருவந்தாதி அளித்தார்.
The first image featured is from NASA – of the spiral galaxy NGC 691, imaged in fantastic detail using Hubble’s Wide Field Camera 3 (WFC3). This galaxy is a member of the NGC 691 galaxy group named after it, which features a group of gravitationally bound galaxies that lie about 120 million light-years from Earth.
The second image featured also is from NASA Named for the southern constellation toward which most of its galaxies can be found, the Fornax Cluster is one of the closest clusters of galaxies. About 62 million light-years away, it is almost 20 times more distant than our neighboring Andromeda Galaxy, and only about 10 percent farther than the better known and more populated Virgo Galaxy Cluster. The Fornax Cluster is a cluster of galaxies lying at a distance of 19 megaparsecs (62 million light-years). It lies primarily in the constellation Fornax, with its southern boundaries partially crossing into the constellation of Eridanus, and covers an area of sky about 6° across or about 28 sq degrees. The Fornax Cluster is a particularly valuable source of information about the evolution of such clusters due to its relatively close proximity to the Sun.
Life is interesting, if we chose to ignore the perplexing aspects !
