Thiruvallikkeni Thirupavithrothsavam ~ Temples reopen ! என்னுள் கலந்தவன் எம்பெருமான்

 இன்று  01.09.2020  திருவல்லிக்கேணி திருப்பவித்ரோத்சவத்தில் ஆறாம் நாள்.

Covid-19 has spread around the planet, sending billions of people into lockdown as health services struggle to cope.   Since first being recorded late last year in China, the Covid-19 coronavirus has spread around the world, and been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization.  Tamil Nadu on Sunday extended the ongoing lockdown (!) in the state for the sixth month till Sept 30,  but with restoration of Public transportation, opening of shops, allowing cine shoots – what is curtailed is really a Q !

Obviously, larger countries tend to have higher numbers both of cases and of deaths. But there are many other factors in play, such as the demographic profiles of the countries; countries with ageing populations may be hit harder because the disease is more dangerous to older people. And unlike the U.S. and Brazil, India's case growth is still accelerating seven months after the reporting of its first coronavirus case on Jan. 30. The pathogen has only just penetrated the vast rural hinterland where the bulk of its 1.3 billion population lives, after racing through its dense mega-cities.  .. .. and you have the vast negative media, trying to highlight and drive fear in the minds of people in effort to be against the Government and the Nation !!    From the Philippines to Peru, the novel coronavirus poses a unique problem to poor countries: the densely packed slums where millions of their citizens live present ideal conditions for the virus to spread, while their economic precariousness means that the shutdowns necessary to contain the pathogen are intolerable.

Across the developing world, economies have been forced to open up even with the virus still running rampant, quickly overwhelming underfunded hospitals. Today provides not just a glimmer of hope  ~ but happiness of overwhelming faith for millions as Temples reopened in Tamil Nadu and devotees had darshan of Lord after months .. ..that way a day of happiness for Triplicanites as they could have darshan of Sri Parthasarathi Perumal today – Pavithrothsavam day. 

மன்னு முழுவேழுலகும் வயிற்றினுள் கொண்ட ஸ்ரீமன் நாராயணனை எவ்வாறு அழைத்து களிப்புறுவீர் ? .. மாதவா, கேசவா, வாமனா, மதுசூதனா, நாராயணா, வாசுதேவா, புருடோத்தமா ... .. என நினைவுகள் விரியலாம்.  நம் சுவாமி நம்மாழ்வார் அனுபவித்து "என்னுள் கலந்தவன்’ என்று ஒரு திருநாமம் சாற்றுகிறார்.  

Sriman Narayanan in Sri Vaishnavaite philosophy beholds the Best of everything and cannot in any manner be having anything in short. The festivals are only intended to be error correction [dosha nirvana] of the rituals that we, the humans conduct and fail in some manner.  Lord only accepts them with Divine Grace, blessing us all the time beyond what we deserve.  For a Srivaishnavaite, nothing needs to be done by self as Sriman Narayana with His abundant opulence will shower his blessings and guide us to do kainkaryam to Him.  

 

திருவல்லிக்கேணியில் நடைபெறும் பல்வேறு உத்சவங்களில் சிறப்பானது -  ஆவணி மாதம் ஏழு நாட்கள் விமர்சையாக நடக்கும்  திருப்பவித்ரோத்சவம்.  இவ்வுத்ஸவம் ஆண்டாள் சன்னதி முன்பு யாகசாலை அமைத்து நடக்கிறது.  நம் ஸ்ரீபார்த்தசாரதி பெருமாள், பெரிய  அழகு மலர் மாலையுடன், கிரீடம்,  புதுப்பூணூல் சாற்றிக்கொண்டு அற்புத சேவை அளிக்கிறார்.  படங்களிலே பெருமாள் பல வண்ணப் பட்டு மாலைகள் அணிந்து இருப்பதை சேவிக்கலாம். இவை பவித்ரம் என்று அழைக்கப்படுபவை.   பவித்ரம் என்ற சொல்லுக்கு 'சுத்தம் அதாவது பரிபூரணமான அப்பழுக்கு இல்லாத ஒன்று' என்று பொருள் கொள்ளலாம்.  

இந்த திருப்பவித்ரோத்சவத்தில் திருக்கோவிலில் யாக சாலை அமைத்து ஸ்ரீபார்த்தசாரதி பெருமாள் உத்சவர் திருமுன்பு திருக்கோவில் பட்டாச்சார்யர்களால் யாக யக்னங்களும்,  அத்யாபகர்களால்  திவ்யப்ரபந்த திருவாய்மொழி  சேவை சாற்றுமுறையும் நடைபெறுகிறது. ஏழு நாட்களும் திருவீதி புறப்பாடும் நடக்கிறது; இந்த வருடம் கொரோனா  தீ நுண்மி காரணமாக புறப்பாடு மட்டும் கிடையாது. பொது மக்கள் திருக்கோவிலுக்கு சென்று நேரில் சேவிக்காமல் நேரலையில் கண்டு காண்புற முடிகிறது. . கோவிலில் எல்லா எம்பெருமானுக்கும் பட்டு நூலிலான பல வண்ணங்கள் உடைய திருப்பவித்ரமாலை சாற்றப்படுகிறது.

‘நம்மை எம்பெருமானான ஈச்வரன் படைத்தது எதற்கு ? நமக்குக் கைகால், வாய், மூக்கு, நாக்கு போன்ற அங்க அவயங்களை நல்லபடி தந்தது எதற்கு ??   ~  எந்த  ஆராய்ச்சியும்  தேவையில்லை.  பகவத் விஷயத்திலே பல்லாண்டு பாடி எம்பெருமானை துதிப்பதே நம் வாழ்க்கை வழிமுறை என்கிறார் சுவாமி நம்மாழ்வார் தமது 'பெரிய திருவந்தாதியில்".  

வகைசேர்ந்த நல் நெஞ்சும் நாவுடைய வாயும்*

மிகவாய்ந்து வீழா எனிலும்* -மிகவாய்ந்து

மாலைத்தாம் வாழ்த்தாதிருப்பர் இதுவன்றே?

மேலைத்தாம் செய்யும் வினை* 

                         ஞானத்தினால் எம்பெருமானை அடைந்து உய்வதற்கு  மார்க்கமாக ஏற்பட்டிருக்கிற நல்ல நெஞ்சும், எம்பெருமானை  நன்றாகக்கிட்டி அநுபவிக்காவிட்டாலும்,  இப்புவியில்  சேதநராயப் பிறந்திருக்கிற தாங்கள், நன்றாக ஆராய்ச்சி பண்ணி எம்பெருமானைப் போற்றிப்  பேசுவதற்கு இயல்பான  நாவோடு கூடிய வாக்கும் கிடைக்கப்பெற்றும், எம்பெருமான் ஸ்ரீமன் நாராயணனை  வாழ்த்தாமல் வெறுமனே இருப்பவர்கள், இனி எஞ்சி இருக்கக்கூடிய  காலமும் கெட்டுப் போவதற்காகத் தாங்கள் செய்து கொள்ளுகிற பாவமன்றோ இது - என அங்கலாய்க்கிறார் சுவாமி நம்மாழ்வார் தமது பெரிய திருவந்தாதி பாசுரத்திலே !
