Aesthetics,  is a branch of philosophy that deals with the nature of beauty and taste, as well as the philosophy of art. Beauty has been described and depicted through pictures and concepts penetrating our minds   Beauty is happiness. Beauty is often distorted, misunderstood and shadowed by a wide amount of conflicting pressures.   .. .. beauty is the one that makes you forget everything and feel very blissful, forgetting your surroundings, your present state of affairs and more ! beauty gives tranquility and peace of mind. .. ..        ……….

Researchers have succeeded in making an AI understand our subjective notions of what makes faces attractive. The device demonstrated this knowledge by its ability to create new portraits on its own that were tailored to be found personally attractive to individuals. The results can be utilised, for example, in modelling preferences and decision-making as well as potentially identifying unconscious attitudes.  Ultimately, the study may benefit society by advancing the capacity for computers to learn and increasingly understand subjective preferences, through interaction between AI solutions and brain-computer interfaces.

.....  the beautiful women of Thiruvallikkeni would circle  around to have darshan of Him, look and envy the best of silk saree – a brilliant chequered combination at that -   tastefully worn (some may debate on the colour / border combination !)  - among the dazzling ornaments could be the  ‘pavalam’[red coral] – simply marvellous. The golden parrot  ensconced above the abhaya hastham of Nachiyar.     More than the ornate style of dressing,  it is always His  benevolence [karunyam] showering blessings to His devotees.

Today 24^th Feb 2022  is day 5 of Sri Parthasarathi Emperuman   Special i brahmothsavam – providing us  darshan of  the most beautiful  enrapturing Azhagiya Singar   in “Nachiyar Thirukkoalam” – dressed as Ezhilmigu Thayar in a grand sitting posture.....Srimannarayana- the ever merciful Lord is always our esteemed protector. He is our Rakshak. He is glorified in the Vedas as the Supreme entity. He is "Veda Mudalvan". The sublime beauty and oozing benevolence as exceptionally visible in the Thirumugam [face] of Perumal – Nachiyar.  Day 5 is that day where one would feel this life is not enough – one may feel like being with the Emperuman throughout – those days, the morning purappadu would starts  around 0535  am – mandagappadi at Saraswathi bandaram / Nampillai sannithi (Komutti bungalow); Thavana Uthsava bungalow;  Nataraja Stores;  Gangaikondan mantap;  Kuthirai vahana mantapam;  kulakkarai Hanumar temple; Sri Yadugiri Yatiraja mantap;  Swami Nammalwar sannathi, Andal Sannathi concluding at around 0815 am .. .. and in yester years there was  Krishnan kovil at Sunkuwar; tranquilty at Vasantha uthsava bungalow (its vast expanse mesmerizing); kannadi pallakku mantap;   .. .. and purappadu culminating after South Mada Street – it might take around 6 hours + for completion.

Being day 5, it is Swami Nammalwar’s Thiruvirutham, the essence of Rig veda in the morning purappadu.  Nammalwar experiencing ‘Parankusanayaki’ expressing  her attachment to the immortal Sriman Narayana and that perhaps is the reason for Nachiyar thirukolam on this morning purappadu.  

திருவல்லிக்கேணியில் எல்லா பெரிய உத்சவங்களிலும் ஐந்தாம்நாள் ஸ்வாமி நம்மாழ்வார் அருளிச்செய்த 'திருவிருத்தம்' சேவிக்கப்பெறுகிறது. ருக்வேதசாரமான திருவிருத்தம்   100 பாடல்கள் கொண்ட  அந்தாதி;  கட்டளைக் கலித்துறை பாடல்களால்  ஆனது. நம்மாழ்வார் ஆழ்வார் ஆற்றாமை அதிகரித்துத் தாமான தன்மையழந்து 'நாயகியாய்' தம்மை பாவித்து பிராட்டி நிலைமையடைந்து ‘பராங்குச நாயகி’யானார்.  நாயகன் ஆன எம்பெருமானின் ரூப வைலக்ஷண்யமுரைத்த பாசுரம் இது:

கண்ணும் செந்தாமரை கையும் அவை அடியோ  அவையே*

வண்ணம் கரியது ஓர் மால்வரை போன்று மதிவிகற்பால்*

விண்ணும் கடந்து உம்பர் அப்பால் மிக்கு மற்று எப்பால் எவர்க்கும்*

எண்ணும் இடத்ததுவோ எம்பிரானது எழில் நிறமே? 

எம்பெருமானுடைய திருக்கண்கள்; திருக்கைகள்;  திருவடி என்னுமுறுப்புகள் ஸாக்ஷாத் தாமரைமலர்களே; திருமேனி நிறமோவெனில், ஒரு அஞ்சனமாமலை போன்றுள்ளது;ஞானத்தில் மேம்பட்ட பரமபதத்து நித்யஸூரிகளும் விவரிக்க  முடியாத அதிரூபசௌந்தர்யம்  எம்பெருமானது திருமேனியழகு. ஐந்தாம் நாள்  காலை பக்தர்களுக்கு அருள்பாலித்த நாச்சியார் திருக்கோலத்தில்   எடுக்கப்பட்ட படங்கள் இங்கே:

Sri Parthasarathi Chandra Prabhai Feb 2022

Compared with the billions of other stars in the Universe,  it  is remarkable.  It is infact  a ball of gas (92.1 percent hydrogen and 7.8 percent helium) held together by its own gravity. It is  4,500,000,000 years old!  That's a lot of zeroes. That’s four and a half billion.  Going by what others do, i.e., burning  for about nine or 10 billion years – it can be said tobe halfway through its life. So no worries, it still has about 5,000,000,000—five billion (500 crores !)—years to go.  It is the SUN. 

.. .. then there is the Moon - Moon has enamoured mankind and over the centuries, mankind has been researching more and more on moon.  

திருவல்லிக்கேணி பிரம்மோத்சவத்தில் நான்காம் நாள் காலை சூர்யப்பிரபை.  மாலை சந்திரப்ரபை வாகனங்கள்.   சந்திரன் குளிர்ச்சியானவன்; சந்திரனுக்கு அம்புலி, வெண்மதி,  பிறை,   கலாநிதி,    நிசாகரன், மதி,   சுதாகரன்,  என பெயர்கள் உண்டு. முழுமதி மிகவும் சந்தோஷத்தை தர வல்லது.  நிலவை  நோக்கி  கைநீட்டி, தன் குழந்தையுடன் விளையாட வருமாறு அம்புலியை அழைக்கும் பருவம் - அம்புலிப்பருவம். 

                    சூரியனின் ஒளியைப் "பகலொளி' என்றும், சந்திரனிலிருந்து வரும் ஒளியை "நிலவொளி' என்றும் சங்க பாடல்களில் காட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது.  நாலடியார்  பாடலில்,  "அங்கண் விசும்பின் அகல் நிலாப்பாரிக்கும்/ திங்களும் சான்றோரும் ஒப்பர்மன்'  எனுமிடத்தில்  "இடமகன்ற அழகிய வானின்கண் மிகுதியாக நிலாவினை (ஒளியினை) தோற்றுவிக்கும் சந்திரனும் சான்றோரும் ஒப்பர்' என்பது பொருள்.  

விஷ்ணுசித்தனான பெரியாழ்வார் கண்ணனது ஒவ்வொரு பருவத்தையும் அனுபவித்து பாசுரங்கள் அருளியுள்ளார்.  வளரும் கண்ணனுக்கு யசோதை அம்புலியை  அழைக்கும் ஒரு பாசுரம் இங்கே :

என்சிறுக் குட்டன் எனக்கோர்  இன்னமுது எம்பிரான்

தன்சிறுக் கைகளால் காட்டிக் காட்டி  அழைக்கின்றான்

அஞ்சனவண்ணனோடு ஆடலாட உறுதியேல்

மஞ்சில் மறையாதே மாமதீ மகிழ்ந்தோடிவா.

கோகுலத்தில் தவழ்ந்து வளர்ந்த கண்ணபிரானும்  அவ்வாறே நிலவை அழைக்க - அவனை சீராட்டி யசோதையும் ஏனைய  இடைப்பெண்களும்,  சந்திரனை அழைத்தனர்.   சந்திரன் மேகத்தில் மறைந்து போவது இயல்பாதலால் அப்படி மறைந்து போகதே  என யசோதை வேண்டியதாக, பெரியாழ்வார் தமது பாசுரத்தில் கூறுகிறார். . 

Moon has enamoured mankind for ages – in our literature and in Divyaprabhandnam too, there is mention of moon in many a places.  Moon is characterised as a cool, pleasant one.  During the brahmothsavam at Thiruvallikkeni divyadesam,  on day 4  there is  Surya prabhai purappadu in the morning and in the evening -  Chandra prabhai.   It is Surya prabhai and Chandra prabhai for Ratha Sapthami too.  

Today 23.2.2022   is a glorious day – it is day 4 of Special Brahmothsavam at Thiruvallikkeni and it was grand Surya Prabhai purappadu in the morning  ~  and, in the evening -  the  real cool Chandra Prabhai that of moon. திருவல்லிக்கேணி திவ்யதேசத்திலே பிலவ வருஷத்திலே பிராயஸ்சித்த பிரம்மோத்சவம் தற்போது நடந்து வருகிறது.  இது வெய்யில் மாதமல்ல ! குளிர் விலகிவிட்டது !! கோடை காலத்தில், சுட்டெரிக்கும் சூரியனை குறிக்க   நிறையவே சொற்கள் உள்ளன.  நாம்  அனுதினமும் கண்களாலே பார்த்து சேவிக்க வல்லவன் - சூரிய பகவான்.  சூரியனுக்கு, : ஆதவன், ஆதித்யன், கதிரவன், ஞாயிறு, பகலவன், கனலி,  வெய்யோன், பானு, சித்திரபானு, வெஞ்சுடரோன், செங்கதிரோன்,      திவாகரன்,  தினகரன், தினமணி, பரிதி, பாற்கரன்,   மித்திரன்,   அனலி,  அலரி,   பகலோன்,   கிரணமாலி, - - - என பற்பல  பெயர்கள் உண்டு.   ஞாயிறு என்றவுடன் நமக்கு வார விடுமுறையான கிழமை ஞாபகம் வரலாம்.  சூரியன்  என்பது கதிரவ அமைப்பின் மையத்தில் உள்ள விண்மீன் ஆகும்.   கதிரவ அமைப்பு (Solar System) அல்லது சூரிய மண்டலம் அல்லது சூரியக் குடும்பம் என்பது கதிரவனுக்கும் அதைச் சுற்றி வரும் பொருட்ளுக்கும் இடையே உள்ள ஈர்ப்புவிசைப் பிணைப்பால் உருவான ஒரு அமைப்பாகும். இது கதிரவனைச் சுற்றி வரும் எட்டுக் கோள்களையும், ஐந்து குறுங்கோள்களையும் உள்ளடக்கியது ஆகும் என்று உலகளாவிய வானியல் ஒன்றியம் வரையறுத்துள்ளது.

எம்பெருமான் ஸ்ரீமன் நாரணன் துஷ்ட சக்திகளை களைந்து, நல்லவர்களைக் காப்பாற்றுவதற்காக திருவவதாரங்கள் எடுத்து அருளினார்.  மச்ச கூர்மமாய், கிருஷ்ணனாய்  இராமபிரானாய்  அவதரித்ததும் நரஸிம்ஹமாய் அவதரித்துமெல்லாம் ஒரே   ஈச்வர வ்யக்தியேயென்று  விஷ்ணுசித்தர் அறுதியிட்டு உரைக்கின்றார் தமது பெரியாழ்வார் திருமொழியில்.:

கதிராயிரமிரவி கலந்தெரித்தால்   ஒத்த  நீள்முடியன்

எதிரில் பெருமை இராமனை இருக்குமிடம் நாடுதிரேல்

அதிரும் கழற்பொருதோள் இரணியனாகம் பிளந்து  அரியாய்

உதிரமளைந்த  கையோடிருந்தானை உள்ளவா கண்டாருளர்.

சூரியன் தங்கமென பளபளக்கும் எண்ணிறந்த  கிரணங்களையுடையவன்  - அத்தகைய  ஆதித்யர்கள் ஆயிரம் பேர்  ஜ்வலித்தாற்போல்  நீண்ட திருவபிஷேகத்தை உடையவனுமான  இராமபிரான்  எழுந்தருளியிருக்குமிடத்தை  தேடுகிறீர்களாகில்; அவ்வெம்பெருமானை  நினைத்து, உருகி, பணி செய்ய விருப்பம் உள்ளோர்க்கு,  அவ்விடத்தை சொல்லுகின்றேன் .. .. கல் கல் என்று அதிரும் வீரக்கழலையும் போர்செய்யப் பதைக்கிற தோள்களையுமுடைய ஹிரண்யாஸுரனுடைய மார்பை நரஸிம்ஹருபியாய்க்கொண்டு, பிளந்து, அதனாலுண்டான  ரத்தத்தை அளைந்த கைகளோடு கூடி இருந்தானை, அத்தகைய சீற்றந்தோற்றத்துடன்  எழுந்தருளியிருந்த நிலைமையில் - அவ்வெம்பெருமானை உள்ளபடி  ஸேவித்தவர்கள் இருக்கின்றனர்.  இந்த அவதாரங்களையெல்லாம் எடுத்த நம் ஸ்ரீமன் நாராயணன், பாற்கடலில் துயிலும் அவன்,  பக்தர்களை காக்க திருவவதாரங்கள் எடுத்தும்,  அர்ச்சை மூர்த்தியாக, திவ்யதேசங்களிலும் நமக்காக சேவை சாதிக்கிறான்.  அந்த பரிபூர்ண எம்பெருமான் இன்று திருவல்லிக்கேணியில் - அர்ஜுனனுக்கு தேரோட்டி கீதை எனும் பாடம் உரைத்த ஸ்ரீபார்த்தசாரதி எம்பெருமான்  சூர்ய பிரபையில் சேவை சாதித்தான்.
