மார்கழி மாதம் முடிந்து தை பிறந்து விட்டது. இன்று பொங்கலோ பொங்கல். 30 நாட்களாக பக்தர்கள் அனைவரும், கோதைப்பிராட்டியின் திருப்பாவை பாசுரங்களை அனுசந்தித்து, அர்த்த விசேஷங்களை பலர் மூலமும் கேட்டு இன்புற்றோம். சூடிக்கொடுத்த சுடர்க்கொடி யாம் ஆண்டாள் நாச்சியார், பக்தி உலகிற்குப் பாடிக் கொடுத்த பனுவல்கள் இரண்டு. ஒன்று திருப்பாவை; முப்பது பாசுரங்கள் கொண்டது; பாவை நோன்பின் விளக்கமாக அமைவது. மற்றொன்று நாச்சியார் திருமொழி; 143 பாசுரங்களால் அமைந்தது. ஆண்டாள் நாச்சியாரின் ஆழ்ந்த இறைக்காதலைப் புலப்படுத்துவது.திருப்பாவை என்பது தமிழ்ப்பாசுரம் மட்டுமன்று; அது ஒரு பெருவேள்வி.
வங்கக்கடல் கடைந்த மாதவனை, கோதை தலைமையில் அழகிய முகம் கொண்ட பெண்கள் சென்று, அவன் மாளிகைக்குச்சென்று, இறைஞ்சி, ப்ரார்த்தித்த, பாசுரங்களின் நிறைவு பாசுரத்தில் சொல்லப்படும் - வங்கக்கடல் என்றால் வங்காள விரிகுடாக்கடல் அல்ல !! மாதவன் கடைந்தது திருப்பாற்கடல். வங்க என்றால் அழகிய என்று பொருள். பாற்கடல் அச்சுதன் குடிகொண்டதால் அழகியது. மேலும் அழகே உருவான திருமகளைத் தந்ததாலும் அமுதம் தந்ததாலும் அது அழகியது. வங்க என்ற சொல்லுக்கு அலைகள் நிரம்பிய என்றும் பொருள்.
மனிதன் நாகரிகம் தொடங்கிய காலத்தில் இருந்தே ஆடைகள் முக்கிய பங்கு வகுத்துள்ளன. ஆரம்ப நாகரீகங்களில், நீளமான துணியை இடுப்பில் அணியும் வழக்கத்தை கொண்டிருந்ததாக தெரிகிறது. நீளமான துணியை இடுப்பில் சுற்றி நடுவில் உள்ள துணியை கொசுவமாக இரண்டு கால்களுக்கு இடையே பின்புறம் கொண்டு சென்று (பஞ்சகச்சம் போல) பின்புற இடுப்பில் செருகிக் கொள்வதே முதலில் இருந்து வந்தது. பருத்தி தவிர பட்டு, பீதாம்பரம், பட்டோலா போன்ற துணிகள் வரத் தொடங்கிய பின்னர் உத்தரியா என்ற அழகான வேலைப்பாடு கொண்ட மற்றொரு துணி கச்சையின் மேலே அணியப்பட்டது. அதுதான் இந்நாளைய உத்தரீவமோ !!
பீதாம்பரம் என்றால் பொன்னாடை , தங்கம் கலந்த பட்டாடை , பொற்கரையுள்ள ஆடை, மஞ்சள்/பொன்வண்ணப் பட்டுத்துணி ஆகியவற்றைக் குறித்த அழகு தமிழ்ச்சொல். சம்ஸ்கிருதத்தில் - பீதாம்பரம் ' என்றால் மஞ்சள் வஸ்திரம் என்று பொருள்படும் ; பீதம்ச அம்பரம்பீதாம்பரம், - ஆனால் இப்போது - மஞ்சள் பீதாம்பரம், சிவப்பு பீதாம்பரம், வெள்ளைப் பீதாம்பரம், என்று கூறுகிறோம். பீதாம்பரம் எனும் பதத்திற்கு பட்டு வஸ்திரங்கள் என்றே இப்போது அர்த்தம் வழங்கலாயிற்று.

இருந்து விலகி எம்பெருமானிடத்திலே செல்வோம் .. .. கண்ணன் நீலமேக ஷ்யாமளன்; ஆண்டாள்
வார்த்தைகளில், கருந்தெய்வம்; வட இந்திய கோவில்களில் வெள்ளை பளிங்கு நிறத்தனன்.

நாச்சியார் திருமொழியில் ஆற்றாமை விஞ்சி கோதைப்பிராட்டி - கண்ணன் இருக்கும் இடத்தில் என்னை சேர்த்து விடுங்கள், அவன் தொடர்புடைய இடங்களுக்கு கொண்டு சேருங்கோள்!, , கண்ணனோடு தொடர்புடைய ஏதாவது ஒன்றை - அணிந்த ஆடை, அவன் தரித்திருந்த துளஸி முதலியவற்றைக் கொண்டு வந்து என்னைத் தொடச்செய்து, அதன் மூலமாவது என்னை உயிர் தரிக்கச் செய்யுங்கள் என்று பிரார்த்திக்கிறாள். அவனுடைய பீதாம்பரத்தைக் கொணர்ந்து அத்தால் விசிறினால்தான் வாட்டந்தணியுமென்கிறாள் !! 'தோழியர்களே. கண்ணனெனும் கருந்தெய்வத்தின் அழகையும் அவனுடன் கூடி மகிழும் காட்சியையும் எப்போதும் கண்டு கிடக்கின்றேன். புண்ணிலே புளியைப் பூசுவதைப் போல் அயலில் நின்று என்னைக் கேலி செய்யாமல் என் வருத்தத்தை அறியாமல் விலகி நிற்கின்ற அந்த பெருமான் தன் இடையில் கட்டியிருக்கும் மஞ்சள் பட்டுடையை கொண்டு வந்து என் வாட்டம் தீருமாறு வீச மாட்டீர்களா?'

புண்ணில் புளிப்பெய்தாற்போலப் புற நின்று அழகு பேசாதே
பெண்ணின் வருத்தம் அறியாத பெருமான் அரையில் பீதக
வண்ண ஆடை கொண்டு என்னை வாட்டம் தணிய வீசீரே
கண்ணபிரான் என்றால் - ருக்மணி சத்யபாமா சமேதர். திருவல்லிக்கேணியில் மூலவர் ஸ்ரீ ருக்மணி சமேத வேங்கடகிருஷ்ணர் - வட நாட்டிலே ராதைதான் முதலில் மனக்கண்முன் தோன்றுவாள். ஆம். கண்ணன் என்றால் ராதை. ராதை என்றால் கண்ணன். அவர்களிடையே அப்படியொரு பிரிக்க முடியாத பந்தம். ராதையிடம் இருந்தது பிரேமை பக்தி.
ஒருத்தி மகனாய் பிறந்து, அன்றிரவே வேறொருத்தியிடம் வளர வந்த கிருஷ்ணா பகவான் நந்தகோபர் மாளிகையில் சீரும் சிறப்புமாய் பல இன்னல்களையும் கூடவே சந்தித்து வளர்ந்தார். கோகுலம், பிருந்தாவனம் பெரிய மலைகள், யமுனை நதியின் பிரவாகம் என ரம்மியமானவை. , பிருந்தாவனத்திலிருந்து, சிறிது தூரத்தில், பர்ஸானா என்னும் கிராமத்தில், வ்ருஷபானு பாபா வசித்து வந்தார். அங்கு, அவர், ஆயர்குலத் தலைவன். வ்ருஷபானு, கீர்த்திதா அன்னையின் பெண் சிசுவிற்கு பெயர் ராதை. பன்னிரெண்டாம் நூற்றாண்டில், ஜெயதேவர், ராதா எனும் பெண் சக்தியை மிக அழகாக, அவருடைய கீத கோவிந்தம் என்னும் நூலில் விவரித்துள்ளார். ராதிகாவின் இதரப் பெயர்கள் : காந்தாவரி( கைதேர்ந்த பாடகர்); கோவிந்த-நந்தினி; கோவிந்த-சர்வாசவா; சர்வகாந்த ஷிரோமனி; கிருஷ்ணமயி; ஆராதனா; பிருந்தாவனேஷ்வரி; கோகுலா-தருணி; ராதாராணி என பலப்பல !

Barsana is a historical town in the Mathura district of the state of Uttar Pradesh – it lies closer to Mathura, around 40 kms and could be reached in an hour’s time. Though have had darshan at Mathura Krishna Janmasthan temple and some temples around including Ranganji mandir at Vrindavan – have not had the fortune of worshipping at Barsana, which is the hometown of Goddess Radharani.
The village is ensconced in two hills―Brahma and the Vishnu Hill―that rise adjacent to each other. Numerous temples dating many centuries back lay scattered on the 4 peaks of the hills, draping the entire landscape of the town in a divine charisma that is as alluring as it is fascinating. One of the most famous and a must-visit temple among all these temples is the Ladliji Mandir or the Shriji Temple atop the Bhangarh peak dedicated to the deity Shriji or Ladliji (Goddess Radha or The Beloved One) which was enshrined by Vajranabh almost 5000 years ago. Magnificently ornate with curvaceous arches, lofty domes and evocative pictures of Radha-Krishna, the temple resonates in a soulful spiritual vibe all round the year gaining further momentum during festivals like Radhashtami and Holi, which is a celebration unique in style and tradition to this particular region.
Nandagopar and Vrishabhanu (father of Radharani) were close friends - fed up with the atrocities of Mathura's king Kamsa, both of them with their subjects shifted to Nandgaon and Barsana. Nanda made Nandishvar hill his home and Vrishbhanu made Bhanugarh hill his permanent abode, which also ultimately became the abode of Radha. Presently, in both the twin towns of Barsana and Nandgaon, there stands the historical temples dedicated to Radha and Krishna on the peak of Nandishvar and Bhanugarh hills respectively. While Nandgaon temple is called the Nand Bhawan, Barsana temple is named after Radha, called Radha Rani temple or Shriji (Shreeji temple).
Pray Emperuman that Covid and all other diseases are conquered and we are able to travel places, have darshan of Emperuman at various divyadesangal and other temples.
