At Thiruvallikkeni,
unlike other Divyadesams, there are two dwajasthambams [kodimaram] and there
are two Brahmothsavams – one for Sri Parthasarathi and the other for Azhagiya
Singar. Both are conducted in the same
grand manner. There are some small differences – On day 8th morning
it is ‘Vennak thazhi kannan’ for Sri Parthasarathi, while it is ‘Lakshmi
Narasimhar’ for Azhagiya Singar.
For us Pirattiyar is all divine grace and kind to devotees of Sriman
Narayana. Emperuman is absolute,
matchless and blemishless in all aspects.
Piratti complements HIM ~ she is always associated with Emperuman. It is only She who can direct us towards the
blessings of Emperuman.
At Thiruvallikkeni, Lord
Narasimha is in the most pleasing form – He is Thelliya Singar, also called
Azhagiya Singar. Today it was Lakshmi Narasimha Thirukolam, the most beautiful
Perumal had Lakshmi Pirattiyar closest to Him and it was the greatest darshan a
baktha could have. Here are some photos
taken during today’s purappadu [25th June 2013]
Adiyen Srinivasa dhasan.
