Thiruvallikkeni Iraapathu Uthsavam 9 - Govardhana Giri

On the  9^th  day of the Iraapathu Uthsavam [13^th  Jan 2012], there was Thiruveedhi Purappadu of  Sri Parthasarathi Perumal.

The Govardhana Giri Thirukolam – the posture  of Emperuman holding the mountain with his small finger symbolizing the act of saving  the cowherds from the stony rain caused by Indira was the greatest treat to eyes of all Bakthas.
