Masi Magam Sesha vahanathukku 2024 முத்துகாரே யசோதா ! சின்னி சின்னி கிருஷ்ணுடு ||

Saturday 24^th Feb  2024  was full moon (Pournami) –  Masi Magam -  in the morning it was Garuda Sevai and in the evening SEsha Vahanam.   Sri Paramapadha Nadhan is the form in which Emperuman Sriman Narayana is seated at Paramapadham beyond Universe to which we humans cannot go !

பரமபதத்தில் பெருமை பொலிய வீற்றிருந்து விண்ணையும், மண்ணையும், அகில புவன சகலத்தையும் ஆளும் எம் பார்த்தசாரதி எம்பெருமான் சேஷ வாகனத்தில் வீற்றிருக்கும் திருக்கோலம் இன்று  24.2.2024

முத்துகாரே யசோதா !  மும்கிடி முத்யமு வீடு |

தித்தரானி மஹிமல தேவகீ ஸுதுடு ||

அம்த னிம்த கொல்லெதல அரசேதி மாணிக்யமு |

பம்த மாடே கம்ஸுனி பாலி வஜ்ரமு |

காம்துல மூடு லோகால கருட பச்ச பூஸ |

செம்தல மாலோ னுன்ன சின்னி க்றுஷ்ணுடு ||

 

இந்த அற்புத பாரத தேசத்தின்  வரலாற்றில், இலக்கியத்தில், பண்பாட்டில், கலாசாரத்தில் - முக்கியமானவர் பகவான் ஸ்ரீகிருஷ்ணர்.  சிறந்த இதிகாச புராணமான  மஹாபாரதம் - கண்ணனின், பிறப்பு, வளர்ந்தது, தூது சென்றது, நீதியை நிலை நாட்டியது என விவரிக்கும் உன்னத காவியம்.   ‘கிருஷ்ணம் வந்தே ஜகத்குரும்’ என்று ஜகத்துக்கெல்லாம் குரு என்பது கண்ணனுக்கு மட்டுமே கொடுக்கப்பட்டது.   ’கண்ணனுடைய வரலாறு மனிதனுக்கு மனிதநேயத்துக்கு மட்டுமல்ல; மனிதனுடைய வெற்றிக்கு ஒரு சான்றாக இருக்கிறது’  ஏனென்றால் கண்ணன் எல்லாவற்றிலும் வெற்றி பெற்றார். பதினெட்டு நாள் போரையும் எதிர்கொண்டு ஆயுதமெதுவும் எடுக்காமல், ஒட்டுமொத்த போரையும் உள்வாங்கி, பாண்டவர்களின் வெற்றிக்காக திறமையான திட்டங்களையும் வியூகங்களையும் வகுத்தவர். வகுத்ததோடு மட்டுமன்றி அர்ஜுனனுக்கு சாரதியாகவும் இருந்துகொண்டு போரில் நேரிடையாகப் பங்குபெற்றவர். அதாவது வாழ்க்கையில் ஏற்படக்கூடிய கஷ்டங்களையும் நஷ்டங்களையும் எப்படி சமாளிக்கலாம் என்பதை, கூடவே இருந்து சொல்லிக்கொடுத்த ஒரு உன்னத தலைவர்.

The keerthana seen at the start was written by Annamayya on Lord Krishna :

Muddu gare Yashoda mungita muthyamu veedu

Diddaraani mahimala Devaki suthudu ||

Muddugare Yashoda is a bright, simple song in Telugu, written by  poet-saint Annamacharya who lived at the hilltop temple of Tirupati, composing thousands of songs on Lord Venkateshwara. His  poems were inscribed on copper plates and stored in a vault inside the Tirupati temple, where they remained hidden until the twentieth century.  

In this beautiful divine  keerthana,  Lord Venkateshwara is compared with precious gems in the form of Krishna Avatara Leelas. Mother Yasoda is kissing the Bala Krishna (Mudugare Yasoda) and HE is submerged in her kisses like in a tub of Pearls (Mungidi Mutyamu). Like a Ruby (Manikyam) HE is shining and for Kamsa the demon HE is strong as a Diamond (Vajram). His consort Rugmini’s lips are like Coral (Pagadam). When HE lifts  Govardana – He is  Giridhari, he is like Gomedhikam (Hassonite). Lord Krishna is wearing Vaiduryam (Cat’s eye) in between His Sanku and Chakra. When He is dancing on the head of Kaliya, the Serpent king, HE glows like Pushyaraga (Yellow Sapphire) and when HE  is Lord Venkateshwara, HE is like Indra Neelam (Blue Sapphire). On the whole HE is all the  precious gem stones, always helping the devotees.

In the  evening of Masi magam (24.2.24) there was grand periya mada veethi purappadu in Sesha vahanam and here are some photos of Sri Parthasarathi Emperuman  purappadu to vahana mantapam.
