Sri Emperumanar darsanam - prachara van dedicated !

Today being Karthigai Amavasai falling in Ananthyayanam – there is otherwise nothing significance.  From tomorrow starts Pagal pathu at divyadesangal.  Today (14.12.2020) was abuzz in front of Sri Parthasarathi Swami thirukovil.  There was a beautiful tech van with big LED screens – no cine or political propaganda but enlightening people of the significance of our Acarya Swami Ramanuja and his teaching .. .. a welcome effort indeed.

"தஸ்மை ராமானுஜார்யாய நம: பரமயோகினே" ~ we fall at the feet of the Greatest of Acharyas who is hailed as the King of all Sages.  The Greatest to descend as a human being on this earth, Swami Ramanuja Charya neatly chronicled and documented in as many terms the VisishtAdvaita sampradAya. The works of all other acharyas followed his footsteps. Thus our darsanam is fondly known  “Emperumanar darsanam” or “Ramanuja Darsanam”.

நம்பெருமாள் பேரிட்டு நாட்டி வைத்தார் – அம்புவியோர்

இந்தத் தரிசனத்தை எம்பெருமானார் வளர்த்த

அந்தச் செயல் அறிகைக்கா ! 

யதிகட்கெல்லாம் அரசனான ஸ்வாமி எம்பெருமானார் தமது வாழ்நாளிலே  ப்ரபத்தி மார்க்கத்தை நன்றாக உபதேசித்து,  ஸ்ரீ பாஷ்யம் முதலான க்ரந்தங்கள் மூலமாக இந்த மார்க்கத்தை ரக்ஷித்தும், இவற்றின் மூலம் நம் ஸம்ப்ரதாயத்தை நன்றாக வளர்த்தருளினார்.  பறந்து விரிந்த பாரத கண்டத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு மூலையிலும் எம்பெருமானாரின் பெருமையும் அவர் உரைத்த தத்துவங்களும் விரிந்து பரந்தன.  இவரின் பெரும் கருணையைக் கண்ட திருக்கோஷ்டியூர் நம்பி இவருக்குத் எம்பெருமானார் என்று திருநாமம் சார்த்தி அருளியதை மனதில் கொண்டு நம்பெருமாள் தாமே நம்பி மூலமாக இந்தப் பெருமையை இவருக்கு ஏற்படுத்தினார் என்பது பெரியோர் வாய்மொழி.

Worshipping Sri Ramanujar at his Avathara sthalam and elsewhere will cure us of all sins and rid all diseases, keeping away mental distress and strain.   Bhagwad Ramanuja hailed as Udayavar, Emperumanar, Bashyakarar, Ilayazhwaar amongst other names was born in the year 1017 at Sri Perumpudur on ‘Thiruvathirai’ thirunakshathiram in the month of Chithirai.  Nearly a thousand year ago, our Acaryar Sri Ramanujar on a pilgrimmage visited Srinagar searching for manuscript of Bodhayana-vritti, a commentary  on the Brahmasutra by Bodhyana.   So many places – Thiruvarangam, Thirumala, Thirukachi, Thiruvallikkeni, Sriperumpudur, Thirukurungudi, Melukote, Mathura, Pushkar, Kashmeeram, KOngunadu and more are associated with Him as he traversed the Nation by foot, propagating vishitadvaita concept.

ஸ்ரீ ராமானுஜருடைய உயர்ந்த கொள்கைகளான மனித நேயம், ஆன்மிக சமத்துவம், சமூக நல்லிணக்கணம், மதஒற்றுமை, பரஸ்பர அன்பு, சமூக விளிம்புகளில் வாழும் மக்களிடம் கருணை கொண்ட சேவை ஆகியவை இன்றும் நம் மக்களுக்கு மிகவும் தேவையானவை என்ற நோக்கத்துடன் அத்தகைய கருத்துகளை பிரச்சாரப்படுத்தவேண்டி  ஸ்ரீ ராமானுஜா மிஷன் ட்ரஸ்ட் சார்பில்  “ஸ்ரீ ராமானுஜர் ஆயிரமாவது ஆண்டு பிரச்சார ரதம்” என்ற, இரு பெரும் LED SCREEN பொருத்தப்பட்ட, பேருந்து ஊர்தியை அறுபது லட்ச ரூபாய் செலவில்   தயார் செய்து உள்ளனர்.  

இந்த   "ஸ்ரீராமானுஜர் பிரச்சார ரதம்"  இந்தியா முழுவதும் பயணம் செய்து உடையவருடைய ஆக்க பூர்வமான கருத்துக்களை, சிறப்பான இயல், இசை, நாடகம், நடனம், ஒலி ஒளி நிகழ்ச்சிகள் மற்றும் காட்சிகள் மூலமாக நம் நாட்டு மக்கள் அனைவருக்கும் வலியுறுத்திக் கூறி அவர்களது வாழ்வும் மனமும் மேலும் செம்மைப் பட முனைந்து ஈடுபட உள்ளது.
