Today 19^th Sept 2017  (3^rd day of Purattasi) is Mahalaya Amavasai.  Navarathri uthsavam starts from 21.9.2017  முழுவினைகள் முன்னம் கழலும் முடிந்து !!   –தொழவேணுமென்று நினைத்த மாத்திரத்தில் பாவங்கள்  தொலையுமா /  அதற்க்கு நாம் என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும் ?? 

அதுநன்று  இது தீது என்று ஐயப்படாதே,

மதுநின்ற தண்டுழாய் மார்வன், - பொதுநின்ற

பொன்னங் கழலே தொழுமின், முழுவினைகள்

முன்னங் கழலும் முடிந்து.

இந்த பூவுலகில் - ‘அது நல்லதோ? இது கெட்டதோ?‘ என்று ஸந்தேஹப்பட்டு ஐயுற வேண்டா ! நம் பேயாழ்வார் அருளுரை இதோ :   எவ்வித மனக்கிலேசமும் இல்லமால், தேன்நிறைந்த தண்டுழாய் மாலையைத் திருமார்பிலணிந்த எம்பெருமானான ஸ்ரீமன் நாராயணனின்  அழகிய, விரும்பத்தக்க திருவடிகளை பற்றி தொழுதால் ஒன்றே போதுமே ! நமது முழு பாவங்களும் முடிந்து,  கஷ்டங்கள் எல்லாம் நம்மை நீங்கும்.   நலம் தரும் சொல் 'நாராயணா  என்ற நாமமே *'.

The moon is on Monday going through a remarkable celestial event, the only one of its kind in a 28-year window. In under 24 hours, the moon will pass in front of three planets and one of the sky’s brightest stars. The last time it obscured three planets in so short a period was in 2008, and the next will be in 2036.  Astronomers refer to the moment when one celestial body blocks out another in Earth’s sky as an “occultation.”  It happens fairly regularly as the moon orbits our world, but it’s unusual for so many bodies to be involved in this way. Skygazers in North America will see the three planets and the star arranged in a wonky diagonal line, with the moon passing downward through them.

Out there in space, NASA’s robotic Cassini spacecraft burned up in the ringed planet’s atmosphere Friday morning (Sept. 15), ending a remarkable 13-year run at Saturn that has revolutionized scientists’ understanding of the outer solar system and its potential to host life. For example, Cassini discovered methane seas on Saturn’s huge moon Titan and geysers of water vapor blasting from fellow moon Enceladus. Both of these moons are worthy of much further study, as is the ringed planet itself and the diverse Saturn system as a whole, Cassini team members said.
