Thiruvallikkeni Sri Parthasarathi Rohini purappadu Nov 2014

Today,  9^th Nov. 2014  is Rohini Nakshathiram.  At Thiruvallikkeni divyadesam, on  every Rohini day, Sri Parthasarathi will have chinna mada veethi purappadu.

In the Muthal Azhwargal anubhavam, when Poigai and Bootathazwargal lit lamps of Ocean and Affection respectively, Sri Peyalwar has darshan of Lord and starts Moondram Thiruvanthathi saying ‘Thiru Kanden Pon Meni kanden” … then goes on praising the Lord :

இன்றே கழல்கண்டேன் ஏழ்பிறப்பும் யானறுத்தேன்,

பொன்தோய் வரைமார்வில் பூந்துழாய், - அன்று

திருக்கண்டு கொண்ட திருமாலே, உன்னை

மருக்கண்டு கொண்டேன் மனம்.

In the words of Sri Peyalwar  - his hearts brims with love for the lotus feet of the Lord whose Chest resembles mountain and is glittering with gold ornaments – the very thoughts of adorable Lord would destroy our sins and destroy our seven births too.
